This might feel familiar...
Most of the moms I work with feel like they’re constantly doing things for other people.
Their own needs come last — if they make the list at all.
Even when they want to focus on themselves, it can feel unrealistic, indulgent, or like one more thing they won’t keep up with.
This program was created for working moms who already know they want to do something for themselves — and want a way that actually fits into real life.
Nearly 40 working moms have already completed this program.
Here’s what one of them shared:
“Participating in this program was a rare and meaningful opportunity to truly put myself first. Focusing on all aspects of my wellness made me feel more balanced, confident, and energized. Investing in myself has made me a better mother, wife, and employee.”

A little bit about me
I’m a licensed clinical social worker with 15 years of experience, and a working mom of almost 15 years.
This program is informed by both my professional background and real-life experience — but it is not therapy. There is no pressure to go deep emotionally and no expectation to share anything you don’t want to.
This is a supportive container, not treatment.
What you'll walk away with
Throughout the program, there are reinforcement days to help you notice what’s resonating and what feels doable.
By the end of the 30 days, my hope is that you:
-
feel like you intentionally invested in yourself
-
have meaningful takeaways to apply moving forward
-
feel more grounded and intentional
Working moms who completed the program shared:
“The support was priceless. No pressure, total support — 10/10!”
“Hearing the challenges and responses of other mothers helped me feel like we were all in this together.”
This program is free.
I offer 30 Days of Wellness at no cost, because I believe working moms deserve accessible, compassionate support — even if they’re not in a place to invest in a paid program.
As a social worker, part of my commitment is to contribute meaningfully to the wellbeing of my community. This program is one way I do that.
There is no expectation that you will join anything else afterward, and no pressure to purchase future programs.
You’re welcome to simply come, participate, and receive the support.
How much time does this take?
What if I miss days or fall behind?
Is this therapy?
What ages are the children of the moms in this program?
What counts as a “working mom” for this program?
Do I have to share or participate in the WhatsApp group?
What about Shabbos and Fridays?
You don’t have to do this perfectly.
You just have to begin.
