Week 1 — What Mindfulness Really Is (and Isn’t)
Learn to recognize autopilot moments and gently shift your attention back into the present — without forcing calm or trying to do it “right.”

Week 2 — Mindfulness Through the Senses
Use your five senses as anchors to ground yourself and deepen everyday experiences like walking, showering, or pausing between tasks.

Week 3 — Mindfulness in Daily Family Routines
Bring presence into ordinary rhythms — mornings, meals, car rides, transitions, and bedtime — without adding more to your plate.

Week 4 — Mindful Presence in Moments with Your Child
Offer brief, undistracted attention and simple connection — being present without analyzing, fixing, or performing.
